great staff but slightly dated rooms
The welcome was genuine and created a warm atmosphere right from the start. I appreciated the cheerful demeanor of the staff, which enhanced our stay .
The overall decor felt somewhat outdated, which didn't match the quality of service.

Multiple lights in the room didn't work, made navigating a tad tricky in the dark. They also lacked room service amenities like bottled water, leaving a bit to be desired for a more comfortable stay. The steep stairs around the hotel limited access to some areas, including the restaurant, forcing us to dine in the bar instead, which wasn't the best option for a cozy meal. Plus, the breakfast menu didn't quite deliver-some items were missing, and everything felt a bit off rhythm, especially when the wait stretched beyond reasonable. All in all, it was like a place trying hard but missing the mark on the finer details was nice.
